This is an ideal opportunity for 2 or three families to holiday together in two beautiful villas, Villa Corgat and Villa Montana, next door to each other.  Each villa is identical in model and size.

About Villa Corgat

Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and a pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Lounge/Dining room - This is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and CD, radio, plus a play station, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use.

For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen - All that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!

There is a  full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances including double door American style fridge freezer.

For Children

• There is a travel cot and high chair.

• Over 40 films, ranging from Disney classics up to brand new releases such as James Bond "Casino Royale" Pirates of the Caribbean, etc, etc,

• There are over 20 play station games all aimed at the 5-16 age group

• Over 40 board games inc Monopoly, scrabble, trivial pursuit, decks of cards and a full poker set.

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

About Villa Montana

Luxury 3 bed villa on the prestigious Polaris World Resort of El Valle. Furnished to the highest standard with air conditioning and private pool. A stunning 3 bed 2 bath detached villa, with vaulted ceilings giving so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool and shutters at all the windows for a very traditional feel. Furnished to the highest standard with leather settee and very comfy beds, extra king-size in the master bedroom and comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Spacious lounge with French doors opening onto the garden and private pool. Corner leather settee which comfortably seats 6, large flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, a play station with a selection of games. Dining area with large table and 6 chairs. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, fitted with water filter so no more bottles of water in the fridge. Comprehensively equipped with toaster, kettle, cooking utensils etc. Door leading to utility area with washing machine.

Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with vaulted sealing and French doors opening onto garden and pool. King-size bed with memory mattress, fitted wardrobes and drawers, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, vanity unit and shower. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with memory foam mattresses, large wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom 3: Twin beds with memory foam mattresses, large wardrobe with drawers. Separate bathroom with vanity unit, shower cubicle and wc. There are also 2 further air beds that can be used in the bedrooms to accommodate the 7/8 person.

From the kitchen is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table and 6 chairs. The garden has private swimming pool, outside shower, patio, BBQ and grass areas with plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun. You will also find outside a settee, chairs, small table and sun loungers.

The villa comes comprehensively equipped with fresh linen and towels, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The whole villa is air conditioned and centrally heated. The resort is security gated with very restricted access but have had an alarm fitted for extra peace of mind.

The three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ and tools, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The Villa comes equipped with all sun loungers and tables etc.

Bedrooms - The three bedrooms are furnished with the main bedroom having ensuite facilities and a king size bed, and Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months. In addition to the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot (please note NO linen is provided with the cot).
