ABOUT FAIRWAY HOUSE
The Fairway House is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline (13TH Green) Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private heated pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.
The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following;

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.

Lounge area with seating for 8 (including one double sofa bed)

The kitchen is fitted out with;

Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher

Utility room includes washing / dryer machine, and iron with ironing board.
Outside facilities:
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

- Nov - Mar* - £550
- *Xmas and New Year - £650
- Heating is included November to March, outside these months a £100 fee per week will apply if heating is required.
Price includes a welcome pack, linen and towels (not beach/pool towels)
