The house is a 2 bed semi detached, 2 ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a further cloakroom downstairs. We have our own private garden with parking area and a private swimming pool.

We will have a double bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the other oom and a sofa bed downstairs. It is fully air conditioned and has fly screens too. We have a company in place who will be looking after the pool and dealing with the rental cleans for us. The house is situated in Peyia, around about 5-7 mins in a car from Coral Bayermarket, bakery, bank, gym and a spa all within walking distance of the house. The village is about a fifteen minute walk, again with more shops and tavernas in the village centre.
